Loan increases are available for existing loan accounts, however shared ownership loans can only be increased for the purpose of purchasing further shares.

Existing Keystart clients are now able to access loan account details online using our Client Portal. This provides access to details such as loan balance, current interest rate, remaining term, your advance payment position and loan account transaction history, including the option to print statements.
You are required to register to use this service. To do this you will need a valid email address, and your Login ID number, which is provided shortly after your loan has settled. If you have problems registering, please contact a customer service officer on 1300 578 278.

It's vitally important that your account does not go into arrears. If you are having problems making your repayments you should speak with one of our Arrears Officers in the Loans Management Department
on 9338 3139 and they will explain your options.

Provided the minimum repayments are met, your loan repayments can be altered at any time to suit your needs. You are encouraged to increase your repayments to whatever you can afford to improve the equity position in your home.
To change your repayments, please download the Direct Debit form and fax to 9338 3101 or post to PO BOX 6679, East Perth, Western Australia 6892.
