12 month check-up


If your home loan has been set up for a while, you need to take a moment to check everything is up to date and correct. In fact, you need to do a check-up every 12 months of your loan.

We’ve prepared a quick checklist for you. Please take a few minutes to make sure your house is in order and all your Keystart requirements are complete.

Have you registered for Keystart’s Client Portal? Registering is easy and gives you access to your loan account details.

Have any of your personal details changed, including contact number or email address? You can update your details in the Client Portal or call us on 1300 578 278.

Has any of your personal circumstances changed? Has your employment or relationship changed? Give us a call or email us at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) to discuss your situation and options.

Update your building or home insurance details. Keystart require a current certificate of currency every 12 months to show your home is insured. Send us your current certificate to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). You can read more about building insurance on our blog.

Have you considered increasing the amount you pay for your home loan payments? If you are a shared equity home loan client, have you considered increasing your share of your home loan?
