Glyn Yates has experience in the community banking and financial services industry (Community Bank Director and Chair), local government (Councillor and Deputy Shire President) and as a director of SMEs in regional Western Australia. He is also the Chairman of the Country Housing Authority.
Greg Cash is a senior executive in the Western Australian Department of Communities and an experienced Company Director. He has extensive experience in the leadership, management and development of social and affordable housing. Greg works with industry, not for profit and public sectors to improve access to WA’s housing market.
Virginia Christie is a member of the Foundation Board of Management at St Mary's Anglican Girls' School, served on the RBA Superannuation Board of Trustees and was a member of the Strategic Resources Committee at UWA.
Rob McKenzie is a Corporate Lawyer on the Takeovers Panel and a Partner of Blackwall Legal LLP and formerly Clayton Utz. He is Chair of Source Certain International, and was a Director of the Eagles and Black Swan State Theatre Company and a Commissioner of the WA Football Commission.
Kitty Prodonovich is the CEO of the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry of WA and sits on varied business stakeholder bodies and committees. Kitty brings extensive knowledge and experience in the small businesses sector, housing affordability and community and economic development in regional communities throughout Western Australia.
Diane Smith-Gander is non-Executive Director at AGL Energy, Wesfarmers Limited, NQA Group of Companies and CEDA, Chair of Safe Work Australia and Asbestos Safety & Eradication Council and member of the NRFA Partnership Council. Diane serves on the panel reviewing the capability of APRA following the Hayne Royal Commission.

Sean Cameron is currently Director, Resourcing at WA Treasury and has oversight of approximately 50 agencies. He has over 30 years’ experience in this industry.

Chief Executive Officer
Paul Graham has been CEO of Keystart since January 2018. Paul has over 25 years’ experience in banking, finance and accounting. Prior to joining Keystart, Paul held senior management roles with ANZ Banking Group Ltd and National Australia Bank Ltd in Asia Pacific & Australia.
Chief Risk Officer
Ian Kneeshaw has 25 years' experience in banking and financial services across retail, corporate and institutional banking both in Australia and offshore. He joined Keystart in 2018 from ANZ’s Institutional Bank in London and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Ian is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Chief Operating Officer
Lindsay O’Sullivan joined Keystart in late 2016. Prior to Keystart, Lindsay was Chief Operating Officer at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA and over the last 25 years held a number of leadership roles with Bankwest, Herbert Smith Freehills and National Australia Bank in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Luke Thomas has over 18 years’ experience across sectors such as finance, agriculture, retail and insurance. Luke joined Keystart in 2012 having worked with a number of publicly listed companies within Europe and Australia. He holds a number of qualifications including a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Michael Verkuylen is a Chartered Accountant and governance professional with over 15 years’ experience in accounting practice and commerce. Michael joined Keystart in 2017. Previously Michael was the CFO and Company Secretary of BNK Banking an ASX listed ADI.
