This website is operated by Keystart Loans Limited (ABN 27 009 427 034)(Keystart) and as agents for the Country Housing Authority (ABN 76 667 185 896) (CHA). 

This website (site) is governed by these terms and conditions. Your use of this site signifies and confirms your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

This site is provided for use by Western Australian residents only, and the products and services described in them are not directed at anyone outside Western Australia. The information is prepared in  accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. This site may not comply with the laws of any other country.

2. Collection and use of information  

This website policy includes a website that allows consumers to fill in questionnaires, forms and surveys, loan applications, subscription services and online expert chat.

When you provide us with any information, we retain the information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are able to then use that information to provide any financial services that you require.

You can also suspend and save online applications, so you can complete and send the applications at a later time.  If you suspend or save your application, the information that you have entered will be retained in our systems so that you may recover the information when you resume your application.  Online applications that have been suspended or saved may be viewed by us.

Neither Keystart nor CHA take any responsibility for the content of internet website(s) that are linked to this site (linked sites). The content of these linked sites is beyond the control of Keystart and CHA and it is the responsibility of the users of this information to make their own decision as to the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any information found. 5. Advertising and tracking

When you view our advertisements on a Third Party website, the advertising company may use ‘cookies’ and in some cases ‘web beacons’ to collect information such as:
  • the server your computer is logged onto;
  • your browser type;
  • the date and time of your visit; and
  • the performance of their marketing efforts.

When you access our website after viewing one of our advertisements on a Third Party website, the advertising company collects information on how you utilise our website (eg which pages you view) and whether you complete an online application.

6. Limitation of liability

Keystart and CHA will not be liable under any circumstance for any loss of profits or any damages which are the consequence of:
  • fraud engaged by you;
  • unauthorised transactions as a result of you voluntarily disclosing your user ids and passwords to others;
  • unauthorised transactions as a result of your carelessness in not securely protecting your user ids and passwords from being accessed by others;
  • a system error whereby you have not used the Portal with the supported system requirements and browsers as set out in these terms and conditions;
  • unauthorised transactions as a result of you responding to hoax emails purporting to be from Keystart or CHA, but which are generated by hackers;
  • the download and installation by you of third party software which may be required in order to use the portal;
  • the availability, cancellation, malfunction and or suspension of the site including for regular maintenance;
  • delays in the processing of transactions / change of detail requests lodged through this Site.
  • you acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on this site or any of the linked sites; or
  • you using or acquiring, or your inability to use or acquire, any service or product contained or referred to on this site or any linked sites.

7. Intellectual Property

The materials displayed on this website, including without limitation all editorial materials, information, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trade marks, are the property of Keystart or the Housing Authority and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Any such content may be displayed and printed solely for your personal, non-commercial use within your organisation provided that any copyright notice on such a display or page is not removed. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the express prior written consent of Keystart.

Save for the above, and unless expressly granted, Keystart does not grant any licence or right in, or assign all or part of, its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the Australia Post website or in the user interface of the Australia Post website.

All other trade marks that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. You may not use any trade mark appearing on this site without the permission of the owner of the trade mark. Neither Keystart nor CHA accept responsibility for the use of any trade mark displaying material on this site and any person using a trade mark on this site hereby indemnifies Keystart and CHA for any claims against Keystart and CHA in relation to such use.

8. Cookies and emails
