You may have heard the recent State Government announcement on mandatory COVID-19 vaccinations. The expanded policy aims to prepare the community for expected community transmission of COVID-19 and protect Western Australia for the long-term.
These new requirements include financial institutions, so the team at Keystart is required to have the first dose by 31 December 2021 and be fully vaccinated by 31 January 2022. You can read more about the mandatory vaccination plan here.
There is currently no requirement for our customers to be fully vaccinated however mandatory contact tracing is still in place. If you are coming in to see us, you’ll be required to check in using the SafeWA app. We can also support you remotely if you prefer using Zoom, email or a phone call. Get in touch if you have any concerns and we can make alternative arrangements.
You may also find it helpful to access our Customer Assistance Program run through our long-standing relationship with Relationships Australia WA. As a Keystart customer you can receive up to five free sessions with a Relationships Australia counsellor to discuss any matter from unemployment concerns, relationship issues and parenting to stress or grief and loss. If you have a matter you would like to discuss in a supportive, respectful and confidential environment, we can either refer you, or you can call Relationships Australia directly on 1300 364 277 and tell them you are a Keystart customer.
