Our Low Deposit Home Loan has lower entry costs, with deposits as low as 2% and no lender's mortgage insurance. Build a new home or buy established, the choice is yours.

Shared Ownership Home Loan

Keystart's low deposit, shared ownership home loans lower the entry costs to ownership, with deposits as low as 2%. The Housing Authority co-own a share of the property with you, lowering your loan amount.

Access Home Loan

Our Access Home Loan may be an option if you have a permanent disability, or care for a dependant with a permanent disability, that affects your housing needs.
