Keystart has today opened registrations of interest for proponents for the Western Australian Government’s $75 million Build to Rent Kickstart Fund.

Build to rent is an emerging type of development in WA, which presents significant opportunities to secure private sector investment to make more affordable rentals available.

The Build to Rent Kickstart Fund will accelerate private sector investment into build to rent developments by helping proponents to overcome initial feasibility challenges.

Proponents of build to rent projects can register their interest now, ahead of a formal approach to market later this year.

By supporting build to rent developments, Keystart can help to enable more housing supply and make the dream of an affordable home a reality for more Western Australians.
