1. The “tell us what you think” promotion is run by Keystart Loans Limited (ABN 27 009 427 034) (“Keystart”).
2. Only current Keystart customers are eligible to enter the promotion.
3. For a Keystart customer to be an eligible entrant they must complete the survey.
4. Each Keystart customer may enter the promotion once.
5. The promotion commences Monday 17 January 2022 and ends 12:00 PM (AWST) Thursday 30 June 2022.
6. Entry is not open to Keystart staff, brokers or referrers or Department of Communities staff or any of their immediate families.
7. Keystart’s decision as to eligibility and the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize is an Eftpos Gift Card with a balance of $500.
9. The winner will be selected by random electronic draw on Monday 4 July 2022 and contacted by phone, SMS and/or email.
10. Each Keystart customer entering the promotion consents to:
(a) comments made by them in the survey being used by Keystart as testimonials for Keystart’s promotional purposes; and
(b) if they are the winner, their name being used for Keystart’s promotional purposes and for notifying Keystart customers of the results of the prize draw.
11. If the winner cannot be contacted within five business days of the draw, or declines the prize, a redraw will take place to select a new winner.
12. The gift card will be sent to the winner via registered post or alternatively, claimed in-person at our Subiaco office.
