We sometimes get approached by other lenders with refinancing offers for customers. We list any offers here so you can be kept informed.
Keystart is a transitional lender, which means we encourage you to refinance your home loan when it is suitable for you to do so. When you have built up enough equity in your home, either because you have paid off some of the loan or your home has increased in value, you may meet the criteria of other lenders and at this point we encourage you to refinance your loan.
If we are approached with offers for our customers we will endeavour to make you aware of them by posting the details on this page.
Keystart recommends that you seek your own independent financial advice prior to making any decisions about your financial needs.
In 2016, a portion of Keystart's loan book was assigned to Bendigo Bank. If your loan was assigned we would have informed you of this at the time. You may wish to contact Bendigo Bank to discuss refinancing options as it may have refinancing offers that may suit you.
If you have a mortgage broker you may wish to contact them when considering refinancing as they may have access to special offers or a broader range of lenders.
If you are ready to move away from Keystart, get in touch and we will let you know what is required.
We've prepared a guide to refinancing to answer some of your questions and let you know next steps.
