Keystart Online - Client Portal

Existing Keystart clients are now able to access loan account details online using our mobile enabled Client Portal. The Client Portal provides access to details such as your current loan balance, advance payment position, interest rate and remaining term. You will also have the ability to view your account transaction history and print statements as well as being able to update your insurance policy details online.

You are required to register to use this service. To do this you will need a valid email address, and your Login ID number, which is provided shortly after your loan has settled. If you have problems registering, please contact a customer service officer on 1300 578 278.

Managing your home loan

At Keystart we aim to support you through your home loan journey. If you are an existing client and want to find out more about your account please register for the Client Portal or contact us via .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or call us on 1300 578 278.

You may find it useful to access our blog. It has a wealth of resources to help you get the most out of your home loan. 

It's vitally important that your account does not go into arrears. If you are having problems making your repayments you should speak with one of our Arrears Officers in the Credit Management Department
on 9338 3139 and they will explain what options may be available to you.

Loan increases

If you have an existing Keystart home loan you may be able to borrow additional funds to help you renovate or redecorate your home or for another worthwhile purpose. If you have a shared ownership loan, loan increases can only be provided for the purpose of purchasing additional shares from the Housing Authority.

Keystart is in the business of listening as well as lending. We welcome comments, suggestions and feedback from our customers. Provided the minimum repayments are met, your loan repayments can be altered at any time to suit your needs. You are encouraged to increase your repayments to whatever you can afford to improve the equity position in your home. Paying more than your minimum repayment amount puts you in an ‘advance position’. Read more about 3 reasons to aim for an advance position on our blog.
