Keystart supports the Western Australian Government’s housing priorities by providing finance solutions that improve access to affordable home ownership and enable housing supply.
Keystart operates under the Government Trading Enterprises Act 2023 (WA) and the Keystart Act 2024.

These reports present Keystart’s performance for each financial year following its transition to a GTE, in accordance with the requirements of the Government Trading Enterprises Act 2023 (WA) and the Keystart Act 2024.
