Pre-sale guarantee

Pre-sale Guarantee

A $250 million WA Government guarantee, delivered through Keystart, to help residential developers meet pre-sale requirements set by senior lenders, helping to fast-track apartment and townhouse developments across the State.

Keystart will commit to purchasing up to 50 per cent of unsold homes upon completion, giving your project the certainty it needs to move forward.

Build to Rent

Build to Rent Kickstart Fund

A $75 million WA Government initiative, administered by Keystart, to encourage investment in build-to-rent housing and boost the supply of secure, long-term rental housing across Western Australia.

The intention of the Fund is to support the sustainable delivery and operation of Build to Rent projects. Keystart are now progressing to Stage 2 of the Fund Delivery process.
