Our initiatives for developers and industry partners

Build to Rent Kickstart Fund

A $75 million WA Government initiative, administered by Keystart, to encourage investment in build-to-rent housing and boost the supply of secure, long-term rental housing across Western Australia.

The intention of the Fund is to support the sustainable delivery and operation of Build to Rent projects. Keystart are now progressing to Stage 2 of the Fund Delivery process.
