Help when you need it

At Keystart we know situations change and we take our client’s concerns seriously. If you are experiencing difficulty meeting your monthly loan repayments, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. Once we review your individual circumstances you might have options that you are unaware of. Discussing your options early gives you more time and knowledge to make your decisions. We have a dedicated team here to help.

If you had a significant change in your relationship, your employment or income or even if you are anticipating a change in your circumstances, get in contact with our team. We can help you understand the impact these changes may have on your loan. 

Financial counselling

If you are seeking the assistance of a financial counsellor, you can contact the Financial Counsellors Association of WA. 

Customer assistance program

Keystart has teamed up with Relationships Australia WA to offer support to our customers facing difficulties.

If you are facing any issues that you would like to discuss in a supportive, respectful and confidential environment, we can provide our customers with up to five free sessions with a Relationships Australia counsellor. Matters discussed may include:

  • couple issues
  • relationship breakdown
  • parenting
  • domestic violence
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • grief and loss
  • trauma
  • stress, and
  • conflict, including work-related issues.
